The personal information the Consultancy collects can include the following:

• Name, Email Address and Contact Data
• Information about your child’s education, aspirations and achievements, together with reports and references provided by his or her school
• Payment Information. If you choose to buy one of our services, the Consultancy collects payment information through our payment processor. All payment information is securely stored by our payment processor and we do not have access to your sensitive information, such as credit card number or security code.
• Assessment Information. If you choose one of our services then your child or children will be assessed and the Consultancy will ask specific questions to enable us to provide advice and recommendations for your child’s learning in our Report for you.

When you use our Consultancy, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our website. Such information is typically considered non-personal information. We also collect the following:

• To enable us to prepare a Report for you and the Schools, Colleges, Tutors and other Educational Professionals that we will recommend to you.
